The company’s Certificate of Incorporation is dated October 31, 2014 and the Certificate to Commence Business  is also dated on November 20, 2014 The Company’s Directors are Eric Yeboah, Mr. Kwadwo Boadu-Ayeboafo and Mrs. Vivian Yeboah.

 Mr. Eric Yeboah (MANAGING DIRECTOR)

Mr. Eric Yeboah holds BSc in Engineering (Mechanical Option) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi. He has worked with many top lift companies in Ghana including Elesca Engineering Limited as the Technical Manager, Motion Unlimited Ghana Limited as a Technical Director. He has also worked with many top brands in the lift industry such as Schindler Lifts of Switzerland and South Africa, MacPuarsa Ascensores of Spain, Kleemann Lifts of Greece, BKG Lifts of Germany, Otis Lifts of Paris, and Ameriglide Lift Solutions of USA. He has offered a lot of professional courses on lifts in South Africa, Greece, Spain, China etc. He is one of the most experienced lift engineers currently in Ghana offering professional advices in planning, installation, maintenance and other facets of lift engineering in Ghana and Nigeria. Mr. Yeboah is also a member of the Ghana Institution of Engineering

SAMUEL BISMARK YEBOAH (DIRECTOR –MEMBER)

Mr. S. B. Yeboah has completed City and Guilds course and have certificate in City and Guilds of London Institute and Kpando Technical Institute in 1974. All his professional life has been dedicated to lift installation, testing, maintenance and everything relating to vertical movement such as lifts, escalators, dumbwaiters, hoist etc. He has over 30years experience in lifts. Mr. Yeboah has also worked on many lift brands and have very rich training in lift installation in Africa and Europe.

JOSEPH BAAH BERKO- (DIRECTOR-MEMBER)

Mr. Joseph Baah Berko also holds MBA-Human Resource Management from the University of Ghana, Legon. A former member of the Sales Team at the Imperial Tobacco, Ejura Farms and Bonsu Oil Palm Plantation (BOPP). He is a chartered Accountant, Administrative and Marketing Manager.
